What’s Shaping Your Performance?

Most of the performance challenges we see at work aren’t actually skill problems. They’re thinking problems, where we’ve subconsciously put limits on what we believe we’re capable of.

I’ve done it. You’ve done it. We all have.

Our thought patterns shape how we lead, communicate, make decisions, and perform at work. They also influence how we see ourselves outside of work. And most of us never stop to ask where those thought patterns came from, what beliefs they’re built on, or whether those beliefs are actually true.

But what if we did? What if breaking those patterns changed the way we lead, communicate, and perform?

The truth is, our brains are far more flexible than we realize. By identifying limiting thoughts and examining them objectively, we can choose to create new thought patterns that are both grounded in reality and empowering.

Changing our thinking changes how we decide and act—and over time, that can influence the results we achieve.

Okay, sounds great. But how do we do it?

The Spot. Check. Flip. Lock.™ Framework

Knowing that limiting thoughts can change is one thing. SCFL is how we change them.

Spot. Check. Flip. Lock.™ is the core framework I teach to all my clients.

Whether you’re leading a team, having a tough conversation, making an important decision, or simply exploring how you see yourself, SCFL helps you recognize and replace the thought patterns that are quietly holding you back.

Learn the SCFL Framework

You can see SCFL in action in my new speaker reel, which offers a preview of Who Do You Think You Are?—a keynote that helps audiences recognize the thought patterns shaping their performance and introduces them to the SCFL framework to change those patterns.

I’m looking to partner with more organizations that want to help their leaders and teams think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and perform at their best.

Using the SCFL framework, leaders and teams can learn to recognize and change the thought patterns that quietly cap performance—replacing them with ones that support better decisions, stronger communication, and more consistent results.

If someone comes to mind as you read this email, I’d be grateful for an introduction.

If you’re planning a conference, leadership meeting, or company event and are looking for a keynote speaker, I’d love to explore whether Who Do You Think You Are? would be a good fit for your audience. You can visit my speaker page here or book a discovery call

Before you go, I’d love to know—have you tried using the SCFL framework? If so, what impact has it had?
