In addition to the personal information we process as described above, we also process the following special categories of personal information to better understand your life experiences for research purposes:

We use this information internally to support the Fear Finding Project research. We need your consent to process and transfer this personal information for this purpose. If you do not consent to our processing of this personal information, do not provide this personal information to us. If you do not provide this personal information, you will still be able to use the Website. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before your withdrawal. In order to withdraw your consent, please contact privacy@nancyrburger.com.  If you withdraw your consent to this processing activity, we will continue to process your personal information for other purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

We will share your personal information in the following manner:

  • With vendors that we engage to provide services related to the Website, for example, Google Analytics
  • To other visitors of the Website, if you choose to provide your personal information
  • To governmental bodies as necessary for compliance with law

We will store your personal information for as long as necessary (i) for the purposes for which it was collected and (ii) to meet our current and future legal obligations.

It is our Privacy Policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the Privacy Policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Website home page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Website and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
